Three-Day Youth Training Workshop 2025
DIA organised a three-day youth training workshop in September 2025 at the Hungarian Training Center, Bolida Para, Kaliganj, Jhenaidah.
The workshop brought together young women and men from the communities where we work. Through group work, discussions and practical sessions, participants explored leadership, teamwork, communication and their role in bringing positive change to their communities.
Why youth matter
Youth empowerment is one of DIA's core values. When young people have skills, confidence and a platform to lead, they become a driving force for inclusion, resilience and development. Participants left the workshop ready to share what they learned through youth clubs and community activities.
